Our trainers run a superb range of fitness classes in the great outdoors to kick-start your fitness or maintain existing fitness at its peak.
As you would expect, our qualified instructors hold professional qualifications (minimum level 2 fitness instructor) and are there to gently encourage or push you to the max. They will ensure you enjoy the workout or help you to achieve more than you thought possible.
Whether you join us in Croatia, Greece or Sardinia, there are free daily yoga and fitness classes at all of our Beach Clubs.

Indoor cycling studios
Ride together no matter your fitness in this fun, high-intensity cardio-based workout. Our group indoor cycling classes are great for strength, speed and endurance. The Neilson fitness team will fire you up with energising tunes creating an immersive experience to encourage you through the ride with periods of both high and low resistance.
Go at your own pace. Whether you're a beginner or enjoy a regular class at home, we will keep you motivated with playlists to keep the good vibes flowing.
Indoor cycling is a great workout for improving cardiovascular health as it increases your heart rate and blood flow, each class is 45 minutes. Available at Levante, Vounaki, Messini and Alana Beach Clubs.
Cardio classes
Your trainers and a sweat towel are your perfect partners for these sessions. Designed to increase your heart rate and improve aerobic fitness. Each class is typically 45 minutes and depending on Beach Club will be outdoors or in the fitness studio.
Bootcamp: the beachclub is our playground, expect shuttle runs, agility, strength work and more.
Circuits - A full-body workout using all of the muscle groups with fun, interactive stations. A variety of equipment will be available to ensure you can work to your ability.
Boxfit - Put your gloves on and get ready for action. Basic boxing techniques are combined with a choreographed routine, pad and glove work.
High intensity classes
Scientifically proven to get you fitter, and faster, these effective interval training sessions will maximise your workout in a short time, while the early morning runs will energize you for the rest of the day.
HIIT - High-Intensity Interval Training is a technique used to create a 100% all-out effort workout through quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods.
This 30-minute HIIT workout mixes body strength and cardio to give maximum results - you'll work hard and feel great!
Run club - This is a social run for mixed abilities, we generally aim for around 5km but shorter and longer options are also on the timetable. The terrain can be a road or track or sometimes a mixture of both. Don't worry, it's not too off-road that trail trainers are needed.
Family fitness sessions
We believe in fitness for everyone. That's why we offer fun classes throughout the week suitable for all, whether you want to dance, laugh, or have fun with the family.
Zumba - Strictly come Zumba! A brilliant fitness dance workout that's easy to follow and fun with catchy tunes to keep you smiling. Families are encouraged to take part on family mornings.
Circuits - Kids of all ages will enjoy the fun, interactive stations which our instructors will adapt especially for the family sessions.
Kids' club fitness - Our clubs all have their own sessions with the fitness instructors - from animal yoga and dance games for the under fives to Zumba and circuits for 6 to 11 year olds plus aqua and boxfit for the teens.
