It has a fabulous roof-top cocktail bar with stunning, panoramic views out to sea and is a great place to watch the sunset.
All cabins, bedrooms and bathrooms have a stylish, contemporary feel. There's also a 50m swimming pool, freeform pool, splash pool and beach bar.
Alana Beach Club is just great for all the usual inclusive Neilson activities with a large sailing bay for water sports and 6 tennis courts. There's also a climbing wall at the Beach Club, or you can go rock climbing in the national park.

Water Activities
The usual water sports are included at Alana Beach Club, which includes sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, water skiing, and wakeboarding. And for a little extra, you can also have a go at wakesurfing.
Our activity planner shows what is available and how to plan your week at Alana Beach Club.
Dinghy sailing and windsurfing
Launch from the pebble beach into the large bay. With very few other water users, it’s yours to enjoy to the max. Most afternoons there’s a good cross-on-shore breeze, beginner and intermediate dinghy sailors and windsurfers will be in their element.
All dinghy sailing and windsurfing tuition follows the Royal Yachting Association (RYA) teaching scheme, so you'll be progressing in a safe and fun way. If you're after a few pointers, just sign up for the group sessions with one of the team, they'll advise you of the right group for your level.
Dinghy sailing equipment: Topper Topaz 16, Laser Dart 16, Laser Bahia, Topper Argo, Laser Pico, Laser 1
Windsurfing equipment: a range of beginner, intermediate (160-130 litres) and shortboards from RRD. Kid Joy rigs for children (2m-4.5m); start rigs for beginners (2.5m / 3.5m / 4.5m); adult rigs (4m - 8.2m)

On the water we have our ski boats and a range of skis, boards, mono skis, wakesurf boards and wakeskates.
Join us from June 3 - 8 2024 for our Wake, Surf, Ski Camp, and you will have the opportunity to learn some valuable tips from Matt Crowhurst, a professional rider and multiple title holder of both National and European competitions. Whether you are a beginner or a pro, Matt is the go-to guy for wakeboarding, wakesurfing, skiing, and more. He will make sure that you have a fantastic time on the water with a big smile on your face.

There are more rooms on either side of the pool, these are split over three floors, the majority of which look out across the gardens and many have sea views.
Choose from twin, double, family and interconnecting rooms. There are also 34 two-bedroom cabins with large wooden verandas. Five of the cabins have sea views, and the private veranda is just a stone’s throw from the beach, ideal if you love to wake up to the sound of waves lapping the shore.
All rooms have air-conditioning, a mini-fridge, tea and coffee-making facilities, a telephone, a TV, a safety deposit box, beach towels and a hairdryer. There's free Wi-Fi in the public areas and in most of the rooms.

You'll also find a pool for the little ones, play area, mini-golf, lots of wide-open spaces and warm, shallow water. Local area
Renowned for its natural beauty, crystal clear water and abundance of historic sites, there's much to love about this beautiful country.
Take a stroll from the Beach Club along the seafront promenade to the local village of Starigrad. It’s relaxed and easy-going, with a handful of restaurants, overlooking the water. It's popular with the local residents too, so you get a real taste of their way of life. The gateway to the Paklenica National Park is just 2 kilometres from the Beach Club and the park is an absolute must-see.
We also have an agency based at reception who can help you arrange excursions. There are days out to Krka National Park to see the 7 interlinked waterfalls, Plitvice Lakes is another must-see with 16 lakes connected by 92 waterfalls - it is quite spectacular! You can also join a kayak safari to the Zrmanja River, which is considered to be one of the most beautiful rivers in Europe
Slightly further away, the beautiful, walled port of Zadar is a 45-minute drive away and well worth a visit. Take a walk around the historic centre, where Roman ruins stand alongside Venetian-inspired churches. This is a great place to visit on our non-inclusive nights with some wonderful restaurants scattered around the marina and in the old town.
Many of the local bars and restaurants don't take card payments and are cash only. Cash points are available but the exchange rates are not favourable so we would recommend you bring some local currency (euro) with you.
