Lift passes
A lift pass is THE most essential thing on your ski & snowboard holiday - so to avoid a very long walk to the top of the mountain, make sure you book your lift passes before you go.
Booking in advance not only helps you budget, but also means we'll deliver your passes to you before your first day on the slopes.
Skis, boards & boots
Unless you have your own kit, you're going to need some equipment. There's a lot to choose from, so we'll help you pick and reserve the kit best suited to you.
We only work with the best suppliers, so you can rest assured that your kit will be perfectly suited and set-up for your skiing or boarding style and ability level.
Tuition
Everyone can benefit from a few lessons, no your ability level, and most resorts offer a wide range of courses - from beginner group lessons to more specialist courses.
We carefully select the schools we work with to make sure they provide great service, from English speaking instructors, a range of courses to cater for all abilities and consistently high satisfaction scores based on your feedback.
Ski pack bundles
If you want all 3 of the above, we have handy bundles to easily add to your booking before you go. There are 2 choices - beginner or improver, and they both include a lift pass, equipment hire and tuition for skiing or snowboarding.
The beauty of these bundles is that they save you time at check out, and they'll also save you money over booking the 3 individual elements separately.
Ski & board carriage
If you have your own kit, we recommend pre-booking carriage as places are strictly limited on flights. It's also works out cheaper to pre-book, so don't wait until you get to the airport.
The price, dimensions and weight allowances of carriage tends to vary between airlines, so it's best to check with us before you book.
Before you go
Start your holiday as you mean to go on. Add on a few little extras to save yourself time, money and un-needed stress.
Drive to the airport and let someone else park your car, or even add on a hotel the night before you fly - many hotels have parking too. And why not treat yourself to an airport lounge - most have complimentary drinks and snacks. You are on holiday after all!
Hit the snow before you go
It may have been a while since you were last on skis or a board, so warm those winter legs back up with a few hours on the snow before you head off to the slopes.
We've partnered with one of the best indoor real snow centres in the UK, The Snow Centre in Hemel Hempstead. It has a 160m main slope, plus the largest training slope of any snow centre in the UK. It's also the closest indoor snow centre to London.
Book your party in for a few hours of slope time, or even some lessons to brush up those skills before heading to The Lodge Bar & Kitchen for some well-earned, traditional alpine food. You can also chat to the Neilson Team and work out your next adventure to the mountains.
We're here, if you need us
Everyone is different. We've been looking after skiers and snowboarders for over 40 years now, and have given advice and support to them all. Some just wanted tips, others needed their hands held all the way. That's what we're here for.
From the first call or email to the final (teary) goodbye on the coach back to the airport, we're here for any questions you may have. You can get hold of us by calling 0333 014 3351.
And remember, there's no such thing as a stupid question.
