Our strength and conditioning classes are designed to be efficient and effective, using a combination of resistance training, cardio, and flexibility work to improve your strength, power, endurance and overall fitness levels. You can also exercise independently in our air-conditioned fitness studios, schedule a session with an experienced personal trainer, or join one of our running groups.
Our certified instructors possess professional credentials, with at least a level 2 fitness instructor certification. They are extremely friendly and are always available to assist you with any questions, so feel free to ask!

Conditioning classes
Our program is designed to enhance muscle tone, strength, endurance, and core strength through low-impact exercises.
Join our LBT - legs, bums and tums class to condition your legs, glutes, and abs. Our instructors will guide you through a combination of bodyweight and lightweight exercises to achieve high repetitions and feel your muscles working.
Additionally, our Abs and Core class offers the best core and ab workouts in the gym. Your core is the main powerhouse of your body, so by strengthening these muscles, you will improve all aspects of your fitness.

Les Mills BODYPUMP™️
This total body strength training program is the original barbell workout and has become a popular choice in gyms all over the world.
During a 45-minute Les Mills BODYPUMP™️ class, we use a combination of barbells, weight plates, and a step platform to complete a series of resistance exercises set to music. The workout targets all major muscle groups in the body, including the chest, back, legs, shoulders, biceps, and triceps. The program's "rep effect" is designed to fatigue muscles through high repetitions and moderate weights, leading to increased strength and endurance.

This family-friendly water-based exercise class is full of laughter and is for all ages and abilities. This makes it a great option for those with joint pain or mobility issues.
Our popular 30-minute classes feature a variety of aerobic exercises such as jogging, jumping jacks, cross-country skiing movements, and high knees to get your heart pumping and improve cardiovascular endurance.
