Beach Club offers

Kids stay for free at alana Beach club 

On holidays without flights to Alana Beach Club, one free child place is available per room for children aged 2-12. Save up to £1,092 based on a 5-12-year-old staying for 7 nights in School Holidays (arriving between 26 July 2024 – 18 August 2024).

SUMMER 2025 HOLIDAY OFFERS

Early Season Upgrades
Upgrade offer applies to Garden Premium double rooms at Messini Beach Club, which will be priced the same as Hotel double or twin rooms and Garden Suites at Levante Beach Club, which will be priced the same as Hotel double and twin rooms. The upgrade offer is valid for holidays departing between 3 May 2025 and 22 June 2025, excluding departures between 23 and 27 May 2025. The upgrade offer is reflected in the price displayed and no further discount will apply. Sea View supplements and occupancy supplements may still apply. Rooms are subject to availability and Neilson reserves the right to amend or withdraw offers at any time. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Neilson Active Holidays is final.

Solo Travel
Single rooms at Buca Beach Club and Double or twin rooms at Alana Beach Club are available for sole use with no supplement all season. A limited number of Double or twin rooms are available at Baia Dei Mori Beach Club in May and October and a limited number of double or twin rooms are available at Vounaki Beach Club departing on the 5th and 19th May 2025, with no single supplement. The offer will be reflected in the price displayed no further discounts will apply.
 
Deposit Protection
Amendments may be made to holidays without incurring amendment or cancellation fees up until 12 weeks before departure. If the amendment is to a future season, not yet on sale, Neilson will hold any monies received for up to 12 months to apply against a new holiday booking. No fees will apply to bookings where the flight is part of a Neilson allocation, bookings that include a flight secured at the time of booking may incur airline charges for amendments or cancellations.
 

Sailing offers

sail for free in September and October 

Book a 32-35ft yacht, pay for 2 adults and all other guests sailing in the same yacht travel for free. Book a 37-40ft yacht, pay for 3 people and all other guests sailing in the same yacht travel for free. This offer is valid for all Flotilla, Skippered Flotilla or Bareboat holidays departing between 1st September and 20th October 2024. The offer includes flights, transfers and yacht accommodation. The free places are reflected in the price displayed and no further discount will apply, this offer is not combinable with any other discount, including RYA discount. Offer is valid for new bookings made after 9th July 2024. Yachts are subject to availability and Neilson reserves the right to amend or withdraw offers at any time. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Neilson Active Holidays is final.

Andorra - free child lift pass for under 12s with Each adult lift pass 

Children under 12 will receive a free area lift pass with each full-price adult lift pass purchased.

winter 2024/25 child prices 

Child discounts apply for children up to and including 12 years of age when sharing a room with a minimum of two adults. Children aged 2-4 years receive a 40% discount and those aged 5-12 receive a 20% discount. Discounts apply to the basic holiday price only and all other supplements and charges still apply.

Group booking offer for 2024/25 holidays

Free Group Leader Lift Pass for groups of 12+ adults

A free lift pass applies to the cheapest adult lift pass booked. If booked with a half-price lift pass offer, the pass will be upgraded to 1 free lift pass and not in addition to a half-price lift pass. Applicable for groups of 12 or more, provided all lift passes are pre-booked.

Group holiday booking conditions

All group offers are subject to availability and the number of group offers per departure may be limited or withdrawn without prior notice. Group offers may be limited to selected properties. Please ask for details.

• All group bookings are subject to availability.
• Children do count towards group bookings.
• The group must book exactly the same holiday at the same time. We may allow large groups to travel from different airports on application.
• Groups travelling for any duration other than 7 nights are on request.
• The cancellation of group numbers may result in the loss of group benefits.
• Group offers are not available for accommodation only holidays.
• All passengers must pay the deposit. A group option can be held on holidays for 7 days while deposits are collected, however, this depends on the availability and how far in advance you book.
• All passenger names must be supplied 10 weeks before departure or at the time of booking (with deposits). Subsequent name changes will incur an amendment fee unless you are a group of 12 or more, in which case you'll also benefit from free name changes up to 4 weeks before departure. When supplying passenger names, you must simultaneously confirm your rooming list: by this we mean who is to share a room with whom. If you fail to do so, we will allocate rooms and cannot accept any liability if these arrangements do not meet your approval.
• Names may be required immediately when booking on some departure dates or destinations.
• Any person who acts as the group leader (whether or not they travel on the holiday), shall be the ‘lead name’ with all the usual responsibilities associated with that role as set out in our booking conditions. In addition, the group leader shall be responsible for confirming all travelling passenger details with either the travel agent or directly with our reservations department. They will be responsible for paying all sums that are payable in respect of the booking as a whole (including any amendment/cancellation charges), and for passing on accurately and in full to travelling passengers all information issued by the Travel Agent or us, including, but not limited to, passing on copies of our confirmation invoices and a copy of our booking conditions.
