1. Pic Blanc in Alpe d’Huez
Where? The top of Pic Blanc - it's the highest point in the Alpe d’Huez ski area at3330m
How to get there?Take both stages of the DMC gondola then the Pic Blanc cable car, or Marmottes 1, Marmottes 2, Marmottes 3 then the glacier chairlift
Why is it so good? Amazing views from a purpose-built viewing platform. On a clear day, you can apparently see one fifth of France!
Best for? Breath-taking panoramic landscape shots, selfies and group photos
2. Selfie in the Air - La Plagne
Where? The Colosses 'Selfie' chairlift in La Plagne
How to get there? From Belle Plagne, ski down to Plagne Bellecôte and take the Colosses chair lift
Why is it so good? No need to ask a stranger to take your photo or dig out your selfie-stick,let the Selfie Chair get the best shot for you! An automatic camera takes your photo and once you get to the top, simply select your group’s photo at the kiosk, tap your lift pass and your picture will saved on your personalised Yuge app! A selection of blue runs back to resort makes this suitable for most abilities

4. Pano Bar in Les Deux Alpes
Where? Pano Bar in Les Deux Alpes at 2600m
How to get there? Take the Jandri Express 1
Why is it so good? The clue is in the title, it's all about the views at the Pano Bar! You can even try your hand at being the King or Queen of Pano. Take a seat on the giant throne, strike a pose and then find your photo saved in the Les 2 Alpes app so you won’t even get cold fingers while you’re getting that perfect shot!
Best for? Panoramic landscape photos, selfies and group shots
5. Aiguille Rouge in Les Arcs
Where? Top of the Aiguille Rouge - it's the highest point in the Les Arcs at 3226m
How to get there?Take theVaret gondola from Arc 2000 then the Aiguille Rouge cable car. Or you can walk! There's a snow-covered (but maintained) pedestrian walk from Arc 2000. Top tip is togo early to avoid the rush
Why is it so good?You'll feel like you’re on top of the world, especially if you’re above a sea of cloud. You can see Mont Blanc on a clear day.A blue run takes you down to the resort, or confident skiers can challenge themselves by taking a black/red from the top
Best for? Breathtaking panoramic scenery shots, selfies and group shots
6. Tovière in Tignes
Where? The Tovière viewing platform at2704m in Tignes
How to get there? Take the Tovière gondola (next to the magic carpet and near the Maison de Tignes) in the centre of Tignes Le Lac
Why is it so good? Amazing panoramic views await at the top of Tovière mountain. Look out towards the Grand Motte glacier and over all of Tignes. From here, you can ski straight to La Folie Douce to enjoy the lunchtime floorshow or the après-ski mix of DJs, singers, dancers and musicians. We love the location because you can ski back to either Tignes or Val d’Isère afterwards to carry on the party!

7. Vanoise Express in the Paradiski
Where? The Vanoise Express - the cable car linking the resorts of Les Arcs and La Plagne
How to get there?From Les Arcs - takeSt Jacques from Arc 2000 or Marmottes from Arc 1950 then the Arcabulle to the Col de la Chal (great views here too), then ski across towards Plan Peisey to reach the Vanoise Express
From Belle Plagne -ski down to Plagne Bellocôte then take the Arpette chairlift and ski over towards Montchavin to reach the Vanoise Express
Why is it so good?The unique double-decker cable car opened in 2003 and now has a glass section in the floor for a really dizzying experience! It reaches a max height of 380m above the ground and is a must-do when you’re in Les Arcs or La Plagne. Just don’t miss the last lift back!
